انشئت كليات الغد الدولية للعلوم الصحية عام 1430 هـ ، حيث بدأت الكليات بممارسة نشاطها التعليمي بافتتاح عدد ثماني كليات للبنين والبنات بـ الرياض _ جدة _ الدمام _ تبوك _ أبها _ نجران _ المدينة المنورة – القصيم بإشراف من وزارة التعليم العالي وباعتماد من الهيئة الوطنية للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي وبالتعاون مع جامعات ومؤسسات عالمية رائدة في مجال التعليم الصحي العالي ، وتمنح الكليات درجة البكالوريوس في طب الطوارئ والتمريض والمختبرات الطبية والأشعة والإدارة الصحية، كما تقدم الكليات برنامج التجسير والذي يؤهل حملة الدبلومات الصحية مواصلة التعليم لنيل درجة البكالوريوس.
