Please request an invitation letter from info@simec2012.net  . An invitation letter will be issued on receipt  of payment. If your visa  is subsequently refused, the organisers will reimburse the registration fee less an administration fee of SR 200, on presentation of the appropriate documentation from the Saudi Immigration Authority.
